Driver Checklist: 1099 Delivery Opportunities
For prospective independent contractor drivers interested in delivery opportunities, please review the following checklist of required items and documents needed to complete your application.
Completed Application: The official Red Ink Safety Co. independent contractor application form, fully completed and signed.
Valid Driver's License: A clear, current, and unexpired copy of your state-issued driver's license, ensuring all details are legible.
Current Vehicle Insurance and proof of registration: Proof of active vehicle insurance with a minimum of Texas state minimum (30/60/25) liability coverage.
Vehicle info and photos: Comprehensive photos of your vehicle, including views from the front, back, both sides, the interior, and a clear image of the odometer reading. Must be 2010 and newer.
VIN can be typed or sent as photo.
Texas Driver's License Transcript (MVR): Your official Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past three years, detailing your complete driving history. We are only accepting Texas licensed drivers at this time. Click link to request your transcript.
Background Check Authorization* Signed consent for a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
*Specific to assigned contract.
W-9 Form: A completed W-9 form for tax purposes, as required for IRS 1099 reporting for independent contractors.
